Rules To Being A Contributor
-You MUST help with submissions as often as you can. That's what you're needed for after all! Now you don't have to accept/decline each and every submission you see in your inbox, just be sure to handle the submissions if you notice them starting to pile up.
-You will have unlimited auto-accepted submissions, but do NOT take it for granted. Aka, don't dump everything into the wrong folder. If you are caught doing this, you will get a strike.
-When declining submissions, PLEASE TELL THE SUBMITTER WHY. If it was in the wrong folder, tell them. If it was in the automatic decline folder, tell them. Don't decline a lot of submissions without giving our members reasoning.
-If you don't know about whether or not something needs to be accepted or declined, you can just leave the submission for me or the co-founder. Just take care of the ones you know of.
-Please accept submissions that are in the right folders and decline those that aren't. I really want this group to stay as organized as possible and if I notice that you are not declining submissions that are not going where they are supposed to, you will get a strike.
-Do not be rude to the members/anyone that visits. Sometimes, especially when you decline stuff, people show the worst of themselves. Just be polite about it and if it escalates, please tell me.
-DO NOT DISAPPEAR! If you become unable to work as a Contributor in the group please tell me! If the Co-Founder and I notice that you have become inactive, we will remove you from Contributor status.
-Do not fight with the Co-Founder and I. If you disagree with us over something, that's fine, just don't fight over it. Fighting will result in an automatic removal from Contributor status.
-If you have questions about anything that needs to go into the group, accepted/declined, a question/remark from someone here, ask either the Co-Founder or myself!

Sorry for the delay of approvals and declines
So I there are 641 messages that I have missed. I will not lie I'm ashamed that I let it get this bad. So last month my uncle went back into the hospital and I put everything off to try and help again. Then on the 8th this month we got the news and then I just really stopped coming on. With having to plan the funeral and everything that goes with the death of a family member. I'll try and get everything sorted again. I still can't believe that I let this slip so badly.
DeltaRune?
ok so for reasons I'm making this. I'll be making a folder just for DeltaRune. As it's not from the original work I don't think it would go in the other folders that are made.
So please submit all DeltaRune art here...https://www.deviantart.com/undertale-for-all/gallery/67584188/DeltaRune-1
Now all fics and text items will still go here https://www.deviantart.com/undertale-for-all/gallery/57196733/FanFics-Journals-and-Text-Stuff
Cosplays will also still go here https://www.deviantart.com/undertale-for-all/gallery/58341796/Cosplays-Crafts-and-Hand-Made-Things
I hope this helps with where things should go.
Ps. Should I look into the game be
folder problems?
Ok, so 2 of the folders weren't working. I found out that I forgot to open them. So as of now the sorting help and Adopts folders are open. They are at the same per day as the rest, 2 per folder a day. I would also like you to not use the sorting help folder to take the lazy way out. I'm not saying this to be mean or rude, I am just trying to keep things clean. Also, all adopts cannot be a full au's, Undertale FC's (fan characters). I don't see the point in sell an au. Sounds weird but that's how I feel and that the rule will stand.
New comics folder
Ok, so today our comic folder finally filled. So I put a new one up and would like for everyone whos comics where not approved. to resubmit them to the new folder.
Sorry that this is so short but I figured that everyone would like to know why no comics have really been approved today.

How Often You Are On DeviantART:
Recently once a week, or whenever I have art to submit, which will be often since I'm starting school (I'm currently studying in Animation). I've been on deviantArt for around 7 years (6 years on-and-off on an old account, before taking a break from dA to focus on schoolwork, and I've now come back since I've adjusted to my workload).
Are You Able To Accept/Decline Submissions:
Yes, I've understood all the folders, what belong in them, and if ever I don't know I will defer to either the Founder of Co-Founder.
Will You Follow The Group Rules And Admin Rules:
Yes, I've read and agree to all the group and admin rules.
Do You Wish To Be A Group Admin For Long Term *aka, not join just to help for about a week or so*:
That would be wonderful, though I can't promise to be online 24/7 (school and life tends to get in the way of that), but I want to help te best that I can. I've also had experience running groups (I was the former founder of TheOtherGirl-Pein) before I took a break from dA.
